In accordance with OLCC guidlines, we are a dry hire mobile bar. But we can secure permits to provide the alcohol for you. *Dry Hire Service: Client provides all alcohol required for event after using our alcohol calculator​*Full Service: Sip & Bliss handles all permits, shopping and arrives with the bar fully stocked, removing the stress from you planning your special day!(+$499 Admin fee covers permitting, pickup, and safe transport) Alcohol cost remains as is and IS NOT upcharged.*Cash Bar: Cash bar option for those not planning on having an open bar style for their event.

Yes, our service area in 20 miles from Oregon City, Oregon at no additional cost. A $1.50 per mile travel fee applies to bookings over 20 miles
